My niece was there yesterday, and while she was dancing in the VIP area, a guy with a hookah tripped and dropped the charcoal on her, burning her arm. The skin even retracted and turned black. I think they should prohibit people from walking around with hookahs in their hands to prevent this kind of thing from happening.

An employee nicknamed "Moises" acted dismissively towards my friend Pedro. Pedro simply wanted to reduce the amount of water in his hookah, so he politely asked the employee "Moises" for help. An irritated Moses used foul language towards my friend, such as "you're always a problem here."

The place itself is good, but what they don't tell you is that the general public who enter the establishment are all minors; the teenagers or children, to be clear, are all very ill-mannered, and some of the people who work there are under 18. I don't recommend it to anyone. Teenagers consume alcoholic beverages.

Something unusual happened. I ordered a hookah, but when the bartender came to serve it, the hookah fell, and the ash and hot air got in my eye. I wear contact lenses, and this caused problems. I went to the bar manager, but nothing was done. He simply went back, put the hookah back in place, and left without offering any assistance.
