As another comment said, it's a den of lowlifes who go out to "have fun" (or cause trouble) without a penny in their pockets. They arrive and immediately try to take the drinks that others have paid for. When you refuse, they feel entitled to get angry. I went once and don't intend to return. For the amount I spent (R$20 entrance, R$80 vodka + energy drink combo and $25 hookah), I expected a better atmosphere and service. In short, a low-class place you only go to if you're looking to live (literally) dangerously.

A den of thugs, you can't relax at the party, it feels like there's going to be fights or shootings at any moment, very poorly heated, the bathroom is worse than a bus station bathroom.

Our experience was awful. Terrible service. The bathrooms had an unbearable odor, the environment was dirty, and the staff were unprepared. I didn't understand the point of security if the use and sale of illicit products was allowed freely inside the hookah lounge. Abusive prices. "Minors" were intoxicated and buying drinks on the premises.
