Horrible experience... I gave myself the opportunity to visit the place, a new environment, on April 4th, 2026. Terrible service. I don't like to talk about people's work, but everyone was totally unprepared. I asked two security guards a simple question: where was the smoking area? And they couldn't direct me, they didn't know where it was... People, let's train the staff, introduce the place.
