I don't recommend it and I won't be back. We went as two couples, we consumed a water, 1 hookah and 3 pool tokens. The hookah we ordered came with almost no smoke, I don't understand much but the other couple who are used to smoking said it was strange, we complained and they changed it after a long time, when they changed the hookah it had already burned. We complained again and they said it was our fault. When we got to the cashier they wanted to charge us for 2 of us and we left the place as if we had stolen a breath of fresh air. I don't recommend it and I won't be back.

It was our first time there, and we ordered a hookah bowl, which took over 30 minutes to arrive. When it did arrive, the vase was missing a piece. We asked for a replacement vase, which took another 20 minutes. During that time, the shisha tobacco we weren't smoking burned. We asked for a replacement shisha tobacco as well, since you can't smoke a burnt bowl, and they accused us of stealing a piece. They even threatened to personally search us because of a missing vent, which was completely disrespectful and humiliating. The staff was unprepared.

The only good thing is the hookah; otherwise, there's hardly any activity, and they want to choose where we sit. The DJ only plays old and outdated music. It's terrible. I've been going since last year, and it's been getting worse since then. This was the last time! Thank goodness they're not charging to get in.
