Terrible experience. The receptionist was extremely rude, especially since we were from out of town and didn't know how the place operated. She was rude when we arrived and even more so when we left, because of a bill that we didn't know the system was old and required showing a payment voucher. She thought we were going to leave without paying, even though the bill was already paid. TERRIBLE.

Terrible place, the owner is completely unprofessional! I complained about the hookah the last time I came, that the hose was burnt out and nobody came to replace it for me. When I paid, I questioned the service. As is my right as a consumer, today when I returned to the place I was blocked! Lack of professionalism, can't you do anything about the establishment without being blocked? Note that I don't drink, I didn't cause any trouble at the place, I just sat down and smoked my hookah!
