We ordered a hookah and it took more than 40 minutes to arrive, even though other tables that were occupied after ours were already smoking. We asked an employee why the delay, she had a hookah in her hand that she smelled and said "I think this is it" and put it on the hookah. This was the peak of dissatisfaction for me and the people who were with me, so we went to complain and ask for our money back.
