Reviewers report mixed experiences regarding service and product integrity. Positive feedback highlights fast delivery, an efficient ordering platform, and excellent initial service. However, significant criticisms exist: one customer attributed severe headaches to suspected fake whiskey, while another complained about cans arriving excessively foamed despite being cold. While some praise the shots and wine selection, others express strong dissatisfaction with product authenticity and condition, indicating inconsistent quality control.
