Terrible service. I requested delivery and asked to be notified when it was leaving; they said it would be leaving soon. After an hour, I contacted them again to ask if it was arriving (I live 10 minutes from the store in Savassi). I went to the store for the first time to buy something, I only ordered two rolls of rolling papers, and I believe that because of the small amount, the staff didn't give it the attention it deserved. I called Uber Flash twice for delivery, and both times the store staff refused to walk a few meters because the Uber couldn't stop at the door since it's a bus stop. It was a hassle and a headache, what a shame!

The place is very well located, organized, and clean. It has a very nice decor and many merchandise options. The attendant was having lunch, stopped, and promptly served me. Super polite and helpful. 🙏🙌 I recommend it.

Poor service. The attendant was rather rude. I asked about the quality of the cigarette paper, as I prefer thinner paper, and he said, "We have Paiol, it's all the same." Ugh... A tobacco shop attendant who doesn't know that Paiol has different types of paper because it's handmade... That's the limit. I don't recommend it!
