Rude employees. My biggest problem with the tobacco shop was when I went to buy a 13.00 shisha tobacco and asked the salesperson for a shisha called "Jamaican mango." He sold me the wrong product, even after I confirmed twice that it was the right one. When I complained on WhatsApp, he was rude and implied that it was my fault for getting the wrong shisha tobacco. At no point did he apologize for the mistake or try to make amends. I've been a customer of the tobacco shop for years, but unfortunately, they don't have customer support.
