The place is great, DJ Fanta is sensational, he gave us excellent attention. But the service was extremely awful! We ordered a hookah session at 00:15. So far so good... 00:45 nothing... 01:00 nothing... we went to ask why the delay. They said they were preparing, 01:30 we went back to ask why the delay, there were 15/20 people in the place, it was fine and even so the delay, when we asked again they said they lost the paper and were going to make it now... we waited another 15 minutes, then they said they were going to put the charcoal to light... They didn't even apologize for what happened

Nice place, very beautiful appearance. The only complaint is about how they treat customers. I know it's difficult to deal with the public, but I went to celebrate my birthday on a double hookah day, and they said they couldn't do the promotion because it was already past 9:00 PM. The detail is, it was exactly 9:01 PM... I found it very disrespectful. Especially since they didn't offer any flimsy excuse to justify the 1-minute tolerance. Anyway, I won't go back. If you want to go, I recommend it, as long as you are punctual you won't have any problems :)
