Cheaters. They charged us 50% more! Shisha was quite fine. But the whole place is poorly maintained, although it's modern and nice, everything is somehow dirty. But the worst part was the staff. We should pay around 19 BAM according the menu. They charged me 30 BAM saying "the menu is old, we have new prices now". When I refused, they insisted. After some argument, they accepted 20 BAM with anger saying he's gonna pay the difference to his boss from his own pocket (haha). Come on, just because I'm a foreigner doesnt mean I should pay more. I would give you tip for a good service otherwise.
