I’ve been a regular customer at this café for the past 3 months and visit daily. I usually order two shishas and two coffees every day, so I’ve been a loyal customer. Today the manager told me that if I step out of the café for 10–15 minutes, I would have to buy a new shisha when I return. I was honestly shocked and had to ask him again to make sure I understood correctly. I’ve always had a great experience with the staff and the owner seems very welcoming, but this policy is unacceptable.
