What visitors say about Fresh Point Snooker & Hookah Lounge
Reviewers frequently praise the friendly staff, fresh food, and relaxing atmosphere. However, significant criticisms target the shisha quality, described as lacking flavor or using cheap brands. Service is inconsistent, with reports of defensive behavior and long waits for drinks. Additionally, customers note that pool tables incur hourly fees, which some find disappointing compared to competitors. While some visitors highly recommend the venue for its variety and vibe, others express strong dissatisfaction with the product quality and service efficiency.
