What visitors say about Hookah Brother Up
Most reviewers praised the swift delivery, friendly staff, and smooth, delicious shisha flavours. Customers appreciated the easy ordering process and competitive pricing. However, one negative experience involved severe physical illness, including vomiting and dizziness, attributed to the product quality. Another review cited poor communication regarding delivery scheduling. While the owner followed up on the health complaint, the incident remains a significant criticism alongside the generally positive feedback on service speed and product taste.
