Food was Great! Very tasty, good portion size and came out quick as well. Chef made a mistake with our order and gave us something else instead but error was rectified quickly once we told them. No extra charge for the wrong meal. Lovely place, surprised to see such a big shisha place at the back! Front part of restaurant looked small but it’s actually quite spacious.

Food is really tastey. Nice atmosphere. Very poor service. You will wait at the counter for ages. Order everything you want at the counter in the beginning itself you will not be looked after once the payment is made. I would prefer take away next time, no more dining in again. Thank you.

Rotana is very generous with the portion of their food. This is our second time here and we enjoy the food with all its flavours. Service is excellent and great place to gather for celebration. Can't wait to come back

I stopped going there 2 yrs ago because there were a lot of cockroaches in the shisha area. In 3 visits we saw cockroaches on the seats and under our feet.
