Reviewers frequently praise the friendly staff, good customer attention, and attractive shisha products. Positive comments highlight effective service recovery for order errors and reasonable prices. Some users reported unanswered calls and confusion regarding the business location, contrasting sharply with the positive experiences of those who received their orders.
