I visited the sheesha lounge expecting a pleasant afternoon, but it turned out to be the worst experience. The service was incredibly slow, and the staff seemed indifferent to our presence with non sense excuses. The sheesha itself was poorly prepared lacking flavor, and the atmosphere was more chaotic than relaxing. Overall, it was a disappointing and frustrating visit that I wouldn't recommend to anyone.
