We had the chicken shish skewers and the meat qoozi with okra soup, and both were delicious. The chicken was flavorful and the slow-cooked lamb in the qoozi was also very well done, soft and full of flavor. The only part that caught us by surprise was the water. When the staff asked if we wanted drinks, we said no thanks, just water would be fine. Usually that means tap water, but instead we were served bottled water and later saw it on the bill. It’s not a big problem, but it would be better if the staff confirmed with customers first.

Great food, very tasty and excellent service. Must visit. Highly recommend it. A good place for shisha if you are like me :)

No tap water so they sell you water bottle. Ok service and ok food, anywhere you sit there'll be a Sheesha, Nargeela, Argeela, smoking.

I ordered the lamb kebab skewers with rice, fattoush salad, tzatziki & hummus. All flavours were authentic & packed a punch. Meat was flavourful & well seasoned. The rice itself stood out, fluffy & flavourful. The fattoush salad - I wish I ordered a bigger bowl. Crunchy pita bread, & fresh ingredients with a nice citrus zest. It’s difficult to find a well done fattoush salad, but this place nailed it. I would come back for that alone. The homemade dips themselves were fresh and delicious. Camel’s Rest Cafe has an authentic feel. The atmosphere, aroma & warm welcome is exactly what it feels lik
