We first came here at 4 a.m. before closing, and the bartender, Stefan, was able to listen to us and stayed with us until almost 6 a.m. Everyone was very welcoming, they had the best cocktails in Saranda, and one of the cheapest hookahs here. And of course, they have the best views of the coast and are right in the heart of Saranda.
