I visited this place yesterday for my birthday and we were the only ones there. I was honestly surprised that it was empty, but wow the food completely exceeded my expectations. The ceviche is one of the best in the city, even compared to other Peruvian restaurants. I will definitely come back to try more dishes. I also ordered the espresso and it was delicious. I asked for it a little creamier than the original and it was perfect. I highly recommend it.

The cocktails at Pisco are immaculate!! The passion fruit sour and the guava-strawberry margarita are addictive! They make all their drink purées in-house and it shows. The restaurant is lovely and they even have a patio! They have a little bit of everything on the menu, the sushi tempura roll is like no other! Love the new customizable sampler platters. Highly recommend the ahi de gallina, causa de pollo and their Peruvian ceviche might be the best in Charlotte!

The bistec a lo pobre was tender and flavorful, with a perfect blend of savory and tangy notes, The dessert Suspiro a la Limeña was pure perfection—rich, creamy, and just the right amount of sweetness. Every dish showcased the vibrant, bold tastes that make Peruvian cuisine so unique. Great service and a warm atmosphere complete the experience—definitely a must-try! I'll definitely be back!

I really love Peruvian cuisine, and I truly enjoyed this restaurant. The ceviche and the steak were both delicious. The Pisco Sour cocktail was beautifully presented and a perfect complement to the meal. The staff were very kind and attentive — you genuinely feel like a valued guest here. The modern design is lovely, and it was especially nice to see Peruvian elements like llamas and video visuals that brought back memories of my trip to Peru. I definitely recommend this restaurant!
