This place was absolutely terrible. We ordered a milky latte from the waiter, and I think he made it with a store-bought latte; it tasted like water. When we asked if he could change it, he said he couldn't erase it from the bill. I paid for a drink I didn't even have. It's more sensible to pay a high price for a place you can enjoy than to go to places like this just because they're affordable. I'd like to thank the guy who made the hookah; he was attentive and made it well. If I had the chance to choose him, I would give him 5 out of 5 stars.
