It was a disgrace, I've never seen such a terrible place in my life. We ordered a cheese toast and a breakfast plate, and it took an hour for the french fries to arrive. Don't misunderstand, there was only one other table occupied besides ours, and they were being served when we arrived. The toast was already cold. It's not my usual habit to leave negative reviews if I encounter a bad business or service, usually just to avoid misunderstandings. However, this establishment clearly misunderstands the service industry. I received absolutely no service. I have no problem with employees taking breaks or smoking, but when I place my order and none of the five employees inside comes to our table for 48 minutes, and a sandwich (a classic sandwich, I didn't add anything extra, just to clarify) takes 1 hour and 7 minutes to arrive, I suspect foul play. We heard that Emre the Hookah Master had made a deal with the place. We immediately went to try it. The taste and quality have remained the same for 10 years. Original tobacco, quality charcoal, excellent service. He's one of the rare places where I've never experienced problems like the tobacco burning, getting heavy, or not being able to smoke.
