Keled Bvulgar★★★Another historical place that was changed to cafés and restaurants. This specific area is mostly known for cafés and narjele (hookah). Service is not so great. However, it is worth visiting for mood change. There are other cafés outside this building with a variety of tourist services and shops in every corner.
