A truly awful experience. Just one waiter for an entire terrace (not the norm, but it's not the first time we've seen it here), a terrace with a maximum of six tables, and the average wait time for two drinks was 20-25 minutes. People were leaving after long waits, and the service they offer (hookahs) is even worse. There were four hookahs on the terrace from tables that had already left. We ordered one, and he said it was fine. After 55 minutes, thinking it was an oversight on the waiter's part, just as we were about to get up, he finally brought us the hookah. What we ordered was well-served and delicious. The young man who served us was excellent. But it's not normal for him to be the only one manning that terrace, when the menu has more nonsense than a minibar. Several tables crowd together, and everyone orders drinks, coffee, cocktails, and food, making it very difficult to serve everyone efficiently and quickly. You look at the place and get the impression that it's been abandoned, all because of an owner who only cares about making money without regard for quality, service, attention, or the well-being of customers and employees.

I'm leaving this review because I find it shameful to have one person serving an entire terrace, making coffee, hookahs, and cocktails! Then they say there aren't enough waiters, but with bosses like these, it's no surprise. You can't exploit someone like that. Hats off to the guy, he was super professional and had impeccable manners, but as far as the business is concerned, it's a disgrace! This has happened to us before, here and in other situations. It seems like the owners couldn't care less. But I have to report this situation because it's unacceptable! One waiter doing the work of three.

Honestly, the guy who serves the hookahs could do a little more work. I went there specifically to order one, and his colleague told me he didn't feel like serving any more that night and that I had to convince him. It wasn't even midnight yet. I suppose that's his job, to serve hookahs 🙃
