With the previous owner, it was a 10/10. Since he left, it's only gone downhill in every way. Not recommended at all; better to go to another town. They forgot our shisha, charged us an extra €5 for the card payment without warning, justifying it by saying "it's after midnight," the atmosphere was awful, the shisha was poorly made, they didn't have bananas for the smoothie, everything was expensive… In short, horrible, very unprofessional service.

They've changed owners and it's a disaster. Besides raising prices, the hookahs tasted much worse. On top of that, after about 20 minutes of smoking, water got into the stem, which I swallowed and gave me a stomach ache. Completely unprofessional. It took half an hour to make two hookahs when the place was practically empty, and then they left them on the bar for 10 minutes (they forgot they were supposed to bring them to the table). When it came time to pay, they told us it would be 35 euros, but they charged us an extra 5 euros because supposedly "the card machine charged that much." Finally

It's a great place, excellent service. Those comments from kids who don't know how to smoke and act all grown up leave comments that are completely irrelevant. I think it's a really good place and the service is great. If they're not smoking properly, it's because they don't know how to smoke.
