I didn't like it at all. I had to wait even though I had a reservation. The hookahs were terrible; one burned out after half an hour, and each one was different... one on a Provost, another on a grid. The bowls were tiny, like toys. They didn't have any smoothies, and it was 11 am. They couldn't even look at the people sitting there to see if they needed anything else. The disabled bathroom was unusable; it was more like a storage room. You have to climb stairs no matter what... Awful.

A decent place for a drink; the terrace is pleasant in the evening, both the one on the street and the one upstairs. The service is friendly and welcoming. Worth considering if you're in the area and looking for something other than a restaurant or bar.

Now I understand why nobody goes. What's not normal is that you waste your time trying to book by calling the phone number they put on the website, and when you get there they laugh and tell you not to call that number, to call him instead, as if we knew him. To make matters worse, the mobile number they give you belongs to some kid who apparently doesn't even work there. It's pathetic, a very unprofessional attitude. I won't waste my time coming here again.

All in all, it's not bad. The service was very good and the hookah wasn't the right flavor we ordered, and they fixed it without a problem. The price seemed higher than usual, but otherwise, it was great.
