I went with my friends and we absolutely loved the experience. From the moment we arrived, they made us feel very comfortable. Both the owner and the waitresses were very kind, attentive, and friendly at all times, which is much appreciated when you're out to have a good time. The atmosphere is very pleasant, the music is great, and there's plenty of space to dance and enjoy the night. We had a fantastic time and felt very comfortable throughout the entire evening. My experience in Bávaro was bittersweet. On the one hand, the service was impeccable; the girl who entertained and looked after us throughout the evening was lovely, polite, and professional, making us feel very comfortable. However, the end of the night was regrettable due to the security staff. We received rude, abusive, and inappropriate treatment. Yesterday I went with a group and it was fantastic. The staff were incredibly friendly, especially Alejandra, who was so kind and attentive. It was a great place to enjoy, the drinks were amazing and beautifully presented, and the music was varied. It's one of the best places in southern Madrid for going out, and I know quite a few.
