Very disappointing experience The location and view are beautiful, but the service is extremely poor. Staff lack professionalism, respect, and basic customer appreciation. In particular, a staff member — I believe her name is Shaimaa — was very unprofessional and rude. It’s a shame that such a stunning place is ruined by staff of this quality.
