We came here to smoke shisha, but unfortunately we were very disappointed. First of all, the shisha was of very poor quality. Even worse, less than 20 minutes after I started smoking, they took my shisha away because another customer wanted it and brought me a different one instead. This is completely unprofessional and unacceptable. Even after we pointed out that this was wrong, they insisted they were right instead of acknowledging their mistake. We definitely won’t be coming back.
