Unfortunately, this was one of the worst shisha experiences we’ve had in Amsterdam. The service was slow, unwelcoming, and didn’t feel attentive at all. The shisha quality was disappointing, and overall the place didn’t make us feel comfortable. With so many good spots in Amsterdam, this one is definitely not a place I would recommend.

The recent redesign has transformed the ambiance significantly, resembling a child's imaginative concept. While the female waitstaff exhibited exceptional kindness and assistance, an unfortunate experience occurred with another waiter who made us wait for 25 minutes for shisha coals. The lone large TV displaying only a fireplace and the subpar, inexpensive wooden bench furniture contribute to a less-than-ideal atmosphere. It's noteworthy that the bar and toilets are the only areas that appear to have received substantial investment. Considering the overall quality, the pricing seems dispropo
