The downsides include a lack of ventilation and draft beer. The hookah is expensive and the food is disappointing. It's a good option for hanging out with friends and playing games.

The service is subpar. And your 44 bar sucks. It's a social place. It's not a club, not a bar, not for socializing, and they can't even explain why they're open. The staff is incompetent, lacks self-criticism, doesn't apologize for any inconvenience, and is incredibly rude. When there are critics like me in this city, you'll improve. Not a single establishment has suffered from this. Your pseudo-admin is blocked on Instagram, like a little girl.
