Really tasty place with excellent service in the very heart of the Milano. Bipo the waiter was really friendly and helpful. Do not understand why the place has so low rating… Most of the guests are Italians so the local citizens appreciate this place it’s not just for tourists, so as I said I do not understand this rating. We came to celebrate my sister's birthday, and Giovanni turned dinner into a true celebration. The service was impeccable: attentive, unobtrusive, yet very warm — we felt like welcome friends, not just customers. Very disappointing experience. We walked out without even ordering because the service attitude from one waiter was extremely rude from the moment we arrived. We were 3 customers with luggage waiting for a table outside on the sidewalk corner area. About 11:30 am 27May The first interaction already felt unfriendly. The table was dirty and although he cleared it, the attitude and tone were poor. We decided to stay quiet and give the benefit of the doubt.
