Scandalous service and a very arrogant owner. They refused to let our group of 5 sit across two tables for comfort, even though the place wasn't full. The owner's attitude was: 'My place, my rules.' If you want to be treated with respect as a paying customer, stay away from Shaka Downtown. Total lack of hospitality.
