I asked on Instagram if they can offer me free shipping for Black Friday and first they responded, that free shipping is not their policy. Totally understandable, no problem in this, I was prepared to pay the shipping cost, so I asked how much the shipping would cost, and they just left me "seen", they read my message and didn't respond. Even tough such behaviour was already weird and disrespectful for me, I texted them again couple of days later and again I got no response. Very helpful, fast and with a variety that few in Greece have. If they hadn't eaten us with taxes on tobacco, orders would be more frequent. Something that I don't know if others are facing or I had a problem personally for the purchase and payment through the site with a card it kept giving me a payment failure, I thought it might be because it was a foreign card and I hope if it is indeed a problem it will be solved.
