We were there this evening, just the two of us. After ordering, we had to wait about 20 minutes without anything happening. The staff seemed more interested in flirting with the women at the next table than in taking our orders. In the end, we couldn't wait any longer and left. I've been there before, but unfortunately, my last two visits were a complete disappointment. Absolutely not recommended.

We were at Traum on Saturday and it was quite busy. The hookahs are excellent, and the cocktails are delicious. The decor is stylish, and the little details are well thought out. The music is good and loud enough for conversation. The service and value for money are superb.

Relaxed and competent staff (at least two on two days), the owner was super friendly and helpful via mobile phone regarding my lost wallet, the toilet area in the basement is fantastic and offers a great hookah experience. Improvements: 1. The toilet cubicles require some initial investment. 2. The raspberry matcha was great, but the banana matcha wasn't mixed as well.
