First of all, I've been riding Cube bikes for over 30 years and will remain loyal to the brand. However, today I've lost all faith. I need a spare part (cable, plastic frame guide). The store in Dreieich couldn't help me and told me to go to Decathlon. A huge disappointment for a German premium brand. As I said, I needed a spare part for a Cube bike and asked at a Cube store. Spot the mistake!
