Had first class reservations and we were struggling to get them onto our eurorail pass app - another clown show - and asked for help. Front desk at lounge wouldn’t help because we didn’t have tickets in app 🤦‍♂️ and straight turned us away. Extraordinarily unhelpful and just doing my job attitude. Very helpful train crew helped us through the ticketing. But we should have been allowed in lounge and the shoulder have helped.

Honestly it’s a shame that is not allowed to bring the bike inside the DB lounge. My boyfriend is paying so much money every year to have the BahnCard 100 that allows him to bring the bike for free on the train, but then he is not allowed to bring it inside the lounge?! The bike is too expensive to be left outside, and inside the lounge it wouldn’t bother anyone. So in the moment he has a bike he just can’t enter?? This doesn’t make sense. I think that seen the price of the ticket per year this courtesy is the bare minimum that should be guaranteed to the clients.

I arrived with a valid first-class ticket Berlin-Amsterdam and expected to access the lounge. However, the lady at reception refused entry and told me that I needed to purchase a separate ticket for the lounge. What? :) This was confusing and frustrating, because according to Deutsche Bahn’s own rules, first-class passengers on long-distance trains should have access to the standard DB Lounge without buying anything extra. The staff did not explain the situation clearly and simply turned me away. The experience felt unprofessional. If there are specific conditions for lounge access, they sho

Quite, with nice views of the train station and Reichstag building across the street. Unfortunately did it go bad no drink service, of any kind. They have a very nice coffee / Expresso machine, and tap (Voss) beer, and normaly water.
