What can I say about Mad Luv? It's okay, sometimes it's a mess. The shisha only works half the time. The servers are very pretty but very disorganized, unlike the 13th arrondissement, which is organized. The food is good but very expensive. They think you're eating at Beef Cut, but the shisha is only good half the time. And don't forget, when you go there it looks like you're at the police station. Don't hesitate to show your disability card for better service. Go for it without hesitation! 👍🏾

We went to try this new place with a friend but left disappointed. The shishas were mediocre and expensive, and I didn't feel comfortable, which was reflected in the service. I don't recommend it.
