They sell through Mercado Livre (Brazilian online marketplace), but they don't respond through the platform! I received a defective product, proven by photos, and I was ignored both on the platform and on WhatsApp, where they told me they couldn't resolve the issue due to a lack of tools. Their after-sales service doesn't work! I wouldn't recommend them even as a last resort... unfortunately.

I placed 8 orders with them, all arrived perfectly, with little gifts in every shipment, thank you! This last time I placed order 338216, worth $1,377.85, and one of the boxes of pipe tips didn't have the original factory seal. Be careful, when you receive any packaged item, film it!! Because I didn't film it and they asked for photos and videos of the item, but I had already opened it and only received a response the next day, after business hours! Since it was only 2 pipe tips, it was a small thing that was missing, but they didn't bother to follow up on the matter! I'd give them a 4 because

They are losing a lot of quality and care in the shipping of products. Retailers need to receive the product with good packaging (including), as this will be the product's display to the end customer.
