There's no way to have a live band. The music is extremely loud at 2 AM and the bar has no acoustic treatment whatsoever. Today it's a band, other days it's just loud music. Those who live nearby can just suffer trying to sleep with the noise from the bar that crosses the avenue and echoes through the buildings.
