I placed an order at 5:10 PM and they said they weren't doing deliveries, but if I ordered an Uber they would fulfill the order. When I was about to finalize the order, I ordered the Uber and then sent a message asking for the Pix key. They simply disappeared without any warning that it would no longer be possible to fulfill the order and left me alone with a delivery trip. I perfectly understand that at that time they were no longer accepting orders. But wouldn't the least they could do be to let me know that it wouldn't be possible anymore?
